Early Career Function

Interested in the water sector but not sure what options are out there? Come along to the Early Career speaker panel, where emerging professionals share their advice, stories, and challenges.
Lunch will be provided in the main area of the conference, so make sure to grab some then join us for the event!
Hear from Fraser Philip (SLR Consulting), Niraj Tamang (WSP) and Amy Bridges (Greater Wellington Regional Council) as they talk about building confidence, navigating uncertainty, and recognizing opportunities as they appear. Whether you’re choosing your first role or considering your next step, this session offers relatable experiences, honest advice, and encouragement from people who were in your shoes not long ago. This event is open to all but will be tailored for those starting or have just started their career. The panel will be MC'd by Selene Conn (Tonkin & Taylor) and will finish with an open Q&A.
